When a scoped token that was created from an unscoped token was revoked, the original token wound up being revoked. This is because the scope wasn't included in the revocation event. Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
