Rodrigo Barbieri 053acc8db1 Improve Share Migration tempest tests 
Improve coverage by adding tests that validate the share-type
change while also changing the driver mode.

Enabling in Devstack

  1. Download DevStack

  2. Add this repo as an external repository:

    > cat local.conf
[[local|localrc]]
enable_plugin manila https://github.com/openstack/manila

  3. run stack.sh
