Igor Malinovskiy af9d8f1de3 Use soft_delete() methods in DB api
Use soft_delete() methods in DB api instead of
manual models/query updates.

Add custom soft_delete() implementations to provide
possibility to update status.

Partially implements bp cleanup-db-api-code
