Tom Barron 7fded233f3 Update to tempest 12.2.0 
Tempest 12.2.0 was recently released and manila tempest plugin runs
just fine with it.

Update tempest in our CI to use tempest at the commit corresponding to
this tag.

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.

Getting Started
