vponomaryov d706a595ea Make devstack functions support grenade 'grenade' test job runs two versions of devstack - 'base' and 'target'. And all devstack functions should be error-proof running more than one time - 'grenade' needs twice. Therefore, make lots of devstack functions check for results of previous runs such as presence of resources that are going to be created.
