Li, Chen b566f5ef61 Switch to v2 version of novaclient 
Currently v1_1 version of novaclient is deprecated, so it's required
to switch for v2 version of novaclient.

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.

Getting Started
