vponomaryov e24e6e7504 [ZFSonLinux] Add test coverage for share migration 
Big part of share migration feature in ZFSonLinux share driver
is not covered with unit tests. So add it.
Also, add reno releasenote saying that driver now supports share
migration.

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.
