Zhenguo Niu 3ea5c6c707 Switch to devstack plugin Start using devstack's feature 'Externally Hosted Plugins' [1], that allows to install Mistral using upstream Devstack without need to put some additional files manually. Enabling in Devstack

Download DevStack:

git clone https://github.com/openstack-dev/devstack.git
cd devstack

Add this repo as an external repository:

> cat local.conf
[[local|localrc]]
enable_plugin mistral https://github.com/openstack/mistral
