Victor Ryzhenkin c0d41860a3 Add dummy test-app and test for it ...

- Add dummy app which able to spawn VM and wait for agent execution plan succeeded
- Add test for test-app which will run in CI
- Make create_environment test method more flexible(adding name parameter)
