Sergey Shepelev db98ab2ed3 tests: patcher_test: let Popen search for true in PATH

As Edward George reported in https://github.com/eventlet/eventlet/pull/3
There is no /bin/true on Darwin, it is in /usr/bin/true instead.
So we use the fact that Popen() calls execvp(3) which searches for file in PATH.

Converted fully over to what the internet assures me is the American spelling of 'canceled' -- this only affects internal variables. Also cleaned up the meticulous timer accounting of the hub tests so they stop failing after other tests are run. Also added new parameter to the abort method because it seemed to be the dominant mode of operation.

The tests are intended to be run using Nose.  
http://somethingaboutorange.com/mrl/projects/nose/

To run tests, simply install nose, and then, in the eventlet tree, do:
   $ nosetests

That's it!  Its output is the same as unittest's output.  It tends to emit a lot of tracebacks from various poorly-behaving tests, but they still (generally) pass.
