Zhihao Yuan eabb8981bc feat(API): enforce the routes to be normalized ...

Now the routes must starts with a slash (/) and contains no double
slashes (//).

BREAKING CHANGE: the use of the empty route '' is banned, which was
    routed to '/' before.  Use '/' explicitly instead.

    The use of '//' is disallowed, which was routed literally, or
    stripped into a single '/'.
