kgriffs 352127e724 test: Add falcon-ext benchmark
This patch adds a new "extended" Falcon benchmark designed to really tax
the framework. This will make it easier to perform A/B testing in order
to guage the cost of using certain Falcon features.

Includes:
* A realistic number of routes for a cloud API
* Setting complex response headers
