Chris Dent e6bfa53eb6 Initial stab at a metaclass test generator

The eventual model here will be that a single yaml file represents
a TestClass with a series of tests.

Some investigation will need to be done to insure that ordering and
related issues are handled effectively. It may be that we need just
one test with lots of assertions...
