Brant Knudson 8bab2c2ae5 Remove confusing deprecation comment from token_to_cms
A comment on a function doesn't deprecate it since users aren't
going to see it.

The removed deprecation comment is doubly useless since this
function can't be deprecated. There's no alternative given and it's
actively used by keystonemiddleware.

Python bindings to the OpenStack Identity API (Keystone)

This is a client for the OpenStack Identity API, implemented by the Keystone team; it contains a Python API (the keystoneclient module) for OpenStack's Identity Service. For command line interface support, use OpenStackClient.
