Danny Hermes 9ed0701257 Adding no-cover pragma to test_file for Py3 compat imports.

The import always succeeds in Python 2.7, which is the only
version where coverage reports are generated.

This is a client library for accessing resources protected by OAuth 2.0.

Installation

To install, simply say

$ pip install --upgrade oauth2client
