Python 3.3/Python 2.6 is not supported from Mitaka, as per Infra. The following patch removes the support for the same. Python 2.6 support from setup.cfg is removed in https://review.openstack.org/260818 Change-Id: Ibbc640c82cdc7f5f972f24ec00903914949eb713 Closes-Bug: #1526170
