Clint Byrum 9d901afed5 Fix strings/bytes python3 issues in sigver 
Various points require binary data to feed into xmlsec or strings to
make logical sense of things. This may introduce some requirement that
saml documents are utf-8, where previously binary data would be passed
through without problems. Without the proper encoding metadata passed
through that is not a simple problem to solve.

PySAML2 - SAML2 in Python

PySAML2 is a pure python implementation of SAML2. It contains all necessary pieces for building a SAML2 service provider or an identity provider. The distribution contains examples of both. Originally written to work in a WSGI environment there are extensions that allow you to use it with other frameworks.
