Fix minor error in node-list command

Fixing several issues found in node-list command

1) The node-list help message was not displaying the meta variables in a
consistent manner. This patch makes the cluster parameter carry a proper
meta variable name.

2) The --show-deleted option should be abbreviated as -D, to be
consistent with profile-list, cluster-list, etc.
