Ivan A. Melnikov 98fade1412 Rework documentation of notifications
- move notifications docs from inputs and outputs to separate page;
- listeners and TransitionNotifier documented;
  - docstrings improved, missing docstrings added;
  - documentation put to notifications page;
- inputs and outputs page edited.
