Joshua Harlow b28fe65819 Remove sphinx examples emphasize-lines ...

The emphasize-lines was becoming inconsistent and
is hard to keep up to date in the correct manner so
removing it since we already provide introduction
comments in the examples and emphasizing/highlighting
them does not add much meaningful benefit.
