Grigoriy Roghkov 3bdeeb1bb9 Fix provision events for installing services

- Link event logs to service install method
- Install Oozie service after configure.sh.
  This makes installation more straightforward
  (without mapr user being created manually).
- Change with Oozie is not highly coupled with fix
  for provision events. But it is necessary as the
  change for decorated method broke Oozie start with
  unknown root cause. That error is avoided after
  removing verbose code with moving Oozie
  installation point after configure.sh script
  is executed.
