Sergey Reshetnyak 8d0eba8d0f Add base services support for HDP 2.2 / 2.3
This patch added support of base Hadoop services:

HDFS:
* NameNode
* DataNode
* SecondaryNameNode

YARN:
* ResourceManager
* NodeManager
* MapReduce History Server
* YARN Timeline Server

ZooKeeper:
* ZooKeeper Server

Supported features:
* Cinder
* Configs provisioning
* Swift integration

Also added scenario tests for plugin.

partially implements bp: hdp-22-support
