Vitaly Gridnev 78bcbf6a2c Drop support of deprecated 2.4.1 Vanilla plugin 
Sahara deprecated vanilla 2.4.1 plugin and dropped building images
for that plugin in the Kilo release, so we can remove that from the
sahara codebase.

Implements blueprint: drop-vanilla-2-4-1
