Vitaly Gridnev d5cee43cea Update vanilla plugin to the latest version 
New vanilla supports following features:

 * Oozie of 4.2.0 version
 * YARN, MapReduce, HDFS of latest 2.7.1 version.

Also required templates for testing were added.

Implements blueprint: support-vanilla-2-7-1
