Boris Pavlovic a2e041d622 Rename rally-scenarios/ to rally-jobs/

rally-scenarios is quite strange name for files related to rally jobs.
So rename it to something more reasonable

Extra files

All files from this directory will be copy pasted to gates, so you are able to use absolute path in rally tasks. Files will be in ~/.rally/extra/*
