Most of the time we don't actually need to bind to tcp/udp sockets. We should only bind if we really have to. * Removed unit-tests used to test bindingg to actual ports. * Don't bind to tcp/udp ports if we don't have to. * Added check to make sure client was set before closing. We should look at adding functional tests to catch issues like described in bug 1566036. Change-Id: Ic6d2c7ab5283df1ad3953e86e65550f92dd0bc6b

Setup a working environment:

virtualenv .venv

pip install -r requirements.txt -r test-requirements.txt
python setup.py developBuilding Docs
To build the documentation from the restructured text source, do the following:
cd doc
pip install -r requirements.txt
sphinx-build source/ build/html/now point your browser at html/index.html (the official documentation is published to docs.openstack.org by the maintainers.

Install the git-review package to make life easier
