Tom Barron 68b6ec14fd Tweak ganesha repo cleanup ...

Add a glob pattern at the end of the file removals so that we
also capture items like
  nfs-ganesha-ubuntu-libntirpc-3_0-focal.list.save
which can otherwise cause issues next time we stack
(install_prereqs sees it and gets confused).
