Fix pyOpenSSL on Fedora.
On fedora 18 the package pyOpenSSL is conflicting with one of the packages needed to build the bootstack image. The problem gets sorted if you install pyOpenSSL at the beginning of the image building process and this is what this patch is doing. Change-Id: I681683b81ad638dfeb690fde1bc7d08a2116aaed
