Fix centos element BASE_IMAGE_FILE

CentOS changed the names for cloud images, see[1] from
devel@lists.centos.org. The grep in centos element in
diskimage-builder fails to detect that the images with
old names no longer exist, because there are leftover
checksum files matching the old naming schema.

Add a grep to remove anything matching the old naming.
