We finally did not release the transitional package,
so the previous commit has no meaning.

The code has been merged into openstack/horizon.

The contents of this repository are still available in the Git source code management system. To see the contents of this repository before it was merged into the horizon repo, please check out the last commit before the retirement with "git checkout HEAD^3".
