Hello everyone,

I would like to continue serving as the OpenStack-Helm PTL for the
Xena cycle.

This last cycle had us begin to publish chart tarballs publically on
every chart change, making them easy to consume. We also shored up our
testing coverage, setting up TLS gates as well as multinode ones.

I would like to continue in the direction the project is going, further
improving the project in these aspects and beyond.
