Jeremy Stanley 21cd3533dd Add affiliation lookup functionality ...

Per OpenInfra Foundation bylaws, fewer than half of the TC members
are allowed t be affiliated with the same organization. In order to
make it easier to find this information, add scripts to look up
affiliation information in the foundation member directory.
