Removed unused config options
monascaclient does not respect `include_catalog` and `interface` arguments. Also, `interface` is primarly used to query Keystone catalog for an endpoint. That step is not required as endpoint for monasca-api is set manually. Change-Id: Iceaa938dfe1a2aeece258def3336b8557d560a51
