Incremental LVM functional test
In this test we will perform 5 level LVM backup. After which backup Swift objects are examined in the container. Then we will attempt to restore and test the SHA1 hash of each file included in the backup directory before the backup and after the restore. Implements blueprint functional-testing Change-Id: Ib50a6d85d815ef6125f512f60e446d7ec3a8a6b6
