Andreas Jaeger 266ec2121c Remove broken docs links 
There's no /install/source directory, remove the links. Those links are
also completely unneeded, the theme has a sidebar with a table of
content.

Fix one ocata link and link to current guide instead.

Verify operation

Verify operation of the Backup service.

Note

Perform these commands on the controller node.

  1. Source the admin project credentials to gain access to admin-only CLI commands:

    $ . admin-openrc

  2. List service components to verify successful launch and registration of each process:

    $ openstack endpoint list

  3. List available backup jobs for current node:

    $ freezer job-list
