Anastasia Kuznetsova 3945cd85f6 Remove 'heat-prepare-test' article ...

In "Preparing Heat for Testing" section in FUEL documentation
there is a link with special Fedora ISO that needs to be uploaded.
In the next FUEL release we won't upload any special ISO for heat tests,
so this page is unnecessary.
