Olena Logvinova ce296b86e2 [RN 7.0] Updated note about Intel X710 CNA support ...

This patch:

- updates the RN about support of Intel X710 CNA (according ot the
  latest discussion in Launchpad);
- removes unnecessary duplicates of the same release note.
