Meg McRoberts b9a050bfca moved deploy docs to user guide, added headers between screen shots ...

This moves this information to the User Guide and adds space
and a width: specification to the screen shots so they can be
viewed.  It does not address content issues with this material.

The material moved here includes:
- A numbered and tabled summary of the deployment process from pre-install
- Deployment screen shots from pre-install; note that fuel-settings had to
  be broken up because it size caused build errors
  TODO:(Meg McRoberts) add annotations to these screen shots, with xrefs to
     other sections in the doc that provides supporting information
- NIC bonding (UI) info from the OVS section in reference-architecture
- Info about starting and stopping the deployment from install-guide
