contents/contents-pre-install -- moved 4500-hardware to after vcenter
section per David Easter
contents/contents-user -- moved vcenter before Fuel CLI section -- this
is correct in the live build but, even after rebasing a couple times,
was wrong here.
_images -- cropped the following:
- settings-vcenter
virtualbox.rst -- changed title to "Running MOST" rather than "Running Fuel"
release-notes.rst -- changed maxdepth back to 2; David didn't like seeing
all the issues listed out.

- 040-resolved-issues -- David does not like grouping all the known
hardware issues into a single section so I backed out what I had
started to do -- deleted the header and changed the heading leve
for the individual issues.
- 050-known-issues
- removed duplicated "other issue" about ceph mon and ceph osd; it was wrong
because it talked about the ceph mon role which is not yet supported.
terminology
- Updated Murano article with info from the Release Notes about requiring
Neutron
user-guide/200-deploy-new-environment
- Hypervisor section now points to vcenter config info
- vcenter config info now references hypervisor section
user-guide/vcenter.rst -- made the instructions point to the
Hypervisor screen and the vCenter configuration screen and
corrected the description of where these are.
