Nikita Koshikov 0c71aeb9db Possibility to detach nova from controllers
- Removed deprecated parameters in openstack::controller class
  declaration
- Added possibility to use external keystone, rabbitmq and DB for
  nova services.
- Added parameters for keystone nova tenant overwrite
