Oleksiy Molchanov cd059f1cc2 Disable unneeded swift services ... This patch totally disable swift-object-reconstructor and swift-container-reconciler as they are not used, but are enabled by default. After reboot they are trying to start in a loop, consuming resources, but fail due to missing config-files.
