Dima Shulyak 1a427f2c4d Add fuel_version to cluster_tags 
Adding fuel_version tag to cluster_tags
we guarantee that tests will be rediscovered
after cluster is updated

fuel-ostf-tests

In order to start tests you will need to perform next commands: fab unit fab testall

Ideally tests should be runned with tox, e.g: tox -e py27
