Perform advanced cheks in tests for networking
templates feature:
* run network verification before/after
environment deployment;
* check IP settings on slaves correspond
to network configuration in template;
* check that services are listening on
networks according to assigned network
roles in template.
Also increase deployment timeout to 180 minutes.
