Alexey Stepanov a41b7a9eff Repclace import ... as ... by direct imports
Replace by direct imports, where it possible:
 base_test_case as base_test_data -> base_test_case
 ostf_test_mapping as map_ostf -> ostf_test_mapping
 settings as conf -> settings

Delete test_by_tempest and conf_tempest, as redundant.
