Chenjun Shen 8fff2242ff Improve get optimal count of max_worker for pool 
In the upstream of futures library, the DEFAULT value max_worker
for ThreadPoolExecutor and ProcessPoolExecutor has been changed to:

ThreadPoolExecutor

max_worker = cpu_count() * 5

ProcessPoolExecutor

max_worker = cpu_count()

So we should do it as well.

The goal of this library would be to provide a well documented futures classes/utilities/additions that allows for providing a level of transparency in how asynchronous work gets executed. This library currently adds statistics gathering, an eventlet executor, a synchronous executor etc.
