Update uWSGI doc definition names
An update appears to have now made Sphinx definition titles case insensitive, causing errors in our Apache wsgi docs where we define 'uwsgi' the protocol and 'uWSGI' the project. This change gets around those errors by appending 'protocol' and 'project' respectively to make the entries unique.
