Add DeprecationWarning in test environments
Many deprecations are triggered early (on imports, for example) before the warnings are enabled by the WarningsFixture in the base test class. To make sure all DeprecationWarning messages are emitted we enable them via the PYTHONWARNINGS environment variable.
