Merges Glance API with the registry API:
...
* Makes HEAD /images/<ID> return metadata in headers
* Make GET /images/<ID> return image data with metadata
in headers
Updates docs some (more needed)
Next steps:
* Update main GlanceClient class to encapsulate entire Glance API
and hide RegistryClient from normal usage
* Refactor registry database API and schema
