Doug Hellmann e099eb2522 Pin kombu and anyjson versions 
The minimum version of kombu in the requirements
list has been updated to ensure that compatible
kombu and msgpack libraries are used across all
projects. That update also requires an update
to anyjson.

Addresses bug #1134575
