Ghanshyam Mann 4e38ba82d9 Update python classifier as per the 2025.1 cycle testing runtime ...

As per 2025.1 testing runtime[1], we are tetsing from python 3.9 till
python 3.12, updating the same in python classifier.

Also, testing on ubuntu noble.
